I understand that because personalized care requires as much time and attention as is needed, Lauren Cornell Nutrition does not contract with any insurance providers at this time. LCN is a direct-pay practice with different fee options available. Additionally, if your health plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement of some or all of your out-of-pocket costs. We suggest that you contact our insurance provider and inquire about reimbursement options for out-of-network medical nutrition therapy which we will happily provide you with a superbill for.
